Accessibility
Accessibility statement attorney-review draft.
WBMJ is intended to be usable by buyers, sellers, admins, and visitors with disabilities. This draft should be reviewed with counsel and tested before public launch.
Commitment
WBMJ aims to provide a marketplace experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. The target standard for the public site and core logged-in workflows is WCAG 2.1 AA unless counsel or a later accessibility audit sets a different approved standard.
Current accessibility practices
The site uses semantic HTML templates, responsive layouts, labeled form controls, keyboard-accessible links and buttons, visible page headings, alt text for uploaded listing photos where available, and straightforward policy language. Admin and seller workflows should continue to be tested with keyboard navigation, screen reader behavior, contrast checks, focus order, form errors, and mobile zoom.
Known beta limitations
Before public production launch, WBMJ still needs a final accessibility review of listing creation, seller dashboard, checkout, image upload, import review, admin, Genesis Admin, dispute, and payment workflows. Any third-party payment, AI, email, analytics, or embedded service may have its own accessibility behavior outside WBMJ's direct control.
Feedback and remediation
Users who experience an accessibility barrier should contact WBMJ with the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology if applicable, and a short description of the issue. WBMJ should triage accessibility reports as product and support issues, preserve the report, assign an owner, and track remediation through launch readiness.
Review status
This statement is a review-ready draft. Final accessibility claims, ADA risk posture, WCAG conformance statements, exceptions, and remediation timelines should be approved by counsel and the final reviewer before public launch.
