Operator and platform role

WBMJ, short for WannaBuyMyJunk.com, is operated by OC Services Inc. in Union County, Arkansas. WBMJ provides listing, discovery, seller tools, AI-assisted drafting, checkout for eligible shipped items, and support workflows. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, WBMJ is not the seller, owner, manufacturer, inspector, appraiser, shipper, or guarantor of user-listed items.

By using the site, each user agrees to follow these terms, the privacy policy, refund and dispute rules, prohibited-items policy, AI/import rules, and any seller plan or promotion rules shown at the time of use.

Accounts and seller groups

Users must provide accurate account information, keep account access secure, and use the site only for lawful marketplace activity. WBMJ may suspend, limit, or close accounts for fraud risk, unsafe conduct, policy violations, payment risk, prohibited items, repeated disputes, or legal requirements.

Individual Sellers may post items for local or direct sale. They may upload one photo per item and are not eligible for WBMJ protected shipped checkout unless upgraded and approved.

Pro Individual Sellers may post items and sell eligible items online using shipping. They may upload up to 10 photos per item and must meet checkout, shipping, tracking, refund, and payment-provider requirements.

Store/Business Sellers may sell business or store inventory online using shipping. They may upload up to 10 photos per item and must maintain store profile information, return/review address information, payout readiness, and business policy details requested by WBMJ.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers list items on an honor-system basis. By creating or approving a listing, the seller represents that the seller owns or is authorized to sell the item, that the listing is accurate, that photos and text may be used on WBMJ, and that the item is lawful to sell, ship, and possess.

Sellers must disclose known defects, missing parts, condition issues, quantity limits, included accessories, pickup or shipping details, and any material facts a reasonable buyer would need before purchase. Sellers may not list stolen goods, counterfeit goods, recalled products, dangerous goods, restricted goods, or items prohibited by WBMJ, Stripe, carriers, Arkansas law, or federal law.

AI listing and import tools

AI output is draft assistance only. Sellers must review and approve AI-generated titles, descriptions, categories, prices, photos, import results, and condition claims before publication. WBMJ does not guarantee authenticity, condition, legality, value, warranty, safety, or shipping suitability based on AI output.

AI importing may be used only for content the seller owns or is authorized to import. Sellers must honor source-site terms and may not bypass access controls, copy another seller's listing, import unauthorized photos, or use WBMJ to scrape restricted content. WBMJ may disable an import source or reject import output when legal, policy, technical, or safety risk requires it.

Checkout, shipping, and disputes

Protected checkout applies only to eligible purchases completed through WBMJ-supported checkout. Local cash, barter, external transfers, off-platform payment links, and direct arrangements are outside WBMJ protected checkout.

For shipped checkout, sellers must ship to the approved address and upload valid tracking within 3 business days unless WBMJ grants an exception. Buyers must review delivered items promptly and raise defect, not-as-described, missing-item, or non-delivery issues within 14 days after receipt unless another law or payment-provider rule requires a different result.

WBMJ may review disputes using listing content, messages, photos, carrier tracking, buyer and seller evidence, payment-provider rules, Arkansas law, and site policy. WBMJ may require return shipment or shipment to a review address in El Dorado, Arkansas. Outcomes may include release of funds, refund, partial refund, chargeback handling, seller back charge, credit reversal, account restriction, or other policy action. Counsel should approve final appeal, exception, and evidence-review language.

Payments, fees, and payouts

Payment processing, identity checks, seller onboarding, transfers, refunds, disputes, and payouts may be handled through Stripe or another approved payment provider. WBMJ does not store full card numbers. Users must follow payment-provider terms when using checkout, refunds, seller payouts, or connected accounts.

Fees, plan prices, AI credit prices, promotion prices, listing limits, and seller-group features may change. For subscription or recurring users, pricing or limit changes apply on the next renewal date by default unless immediate action is needed for law, security, fraud control, payment-provider rules, policy enforcement, or user acceptance.

Content, moderation, and enforcement

Users grant WBMJ permission to host, display, process, moderate, analyze, and preserve listing content, uploaded assets, reports, support evidence, and marketplace activity as needed to operate and protect the service. WBMJ may remove listings, block checkout, reject photos, limit imports, preserve records, cooperate with lawful requests, or report suspected illegal activity.

Promotions increase visibility but do not guarantee views, messages, checkout, or sale. WBMJ does not guarantee that any listing will be seen, contacted, purchased, shipped, accepted, or paid out. Promoted listings remain subject to moderation, removal, refund limits, and enforcement.

Disclaimers and responsibility allocation

For attorney review, the final terms should include warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, release, notice, survival, severability, force majeure, electronic communications, and changes-to-terms provisions. Draft business position: sellers remain responsible for their items, buyers remain responsible for purchase decisions, and WBMJ provides the marketplace tools as-is to the maximum extent counsel approves under applicable law.

Legal terms for counsel review

These draft terms should be reviewed for Arkansas consumer-protection, UCC sale-of-goods, online marketplace, payment, tax, limitation-of-liability, indemnity, venue, arbitration/class-action waiver, warranty-disclaimer, and notice requirements. Unless counsel revises this draft, Arkansas law and appropriate Arkansas venue should govern disputes involving WBMJ and OC Services Inc.
